Karen Williams – Founder/Coach/Facilitator
Karen Williams, Founder and CEO of prize1924, has dedicated her career to the personal and professional development of tens of thousands of associates throughout Corporate America. With the desire to impact a broader audience, she launched prize1924 in January of 2009. Her company is a Christ-inspired organization that is committed to helping individuals, teams, and organizations achieve their purpose through coaching, professional/personal development, and strategic planning.
Her widespread experience includes a myriad of HR roles for Fortune 500 and 200 companies. Core competencies include coaching, consulting, training, facilitation, management, leadership, and diversity development. During her career, she has overseen the professional development for leadership and management teams, as well as driven the strategy for diversity development for her organizations. Karen’s work has been recognized as one of the top 3 leadership development programs in the world, and earned top awards from DiversityInc. In addition to serving as an internal coach for managers and leaders, Karen has also sat on internal corporate steering committees dedicated to differential development.
Karen helped build the workforce for major technology companies in Richmond, VA which contributed to the overall economic strength of the region.
During the several years she spent teaching English as a Foreign Language throughout the country of Mexico, Karen gained incredible insight, that she is able to apply to her work today. However, she believes that the most influential part of her career has been her extensive experience in ballet. As a member of several dance companies, her performance on stage with ballet greats, such as Rudolph Nuryev has instilled in her the discipline of excellence and connecting with others through “authentic presence.”
Karen received her BBA from JamesMadisonUniversity in Harrisonburg, VA, her Leadership Coaching degree from GeorgeMasonUniversity in Fairfax, VA, and has a continuing studies degree in Anthropology from the Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan, in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico
Karen is a member of the Richmond Area Coaches association, teaches ballet at Exulta Fine Arts Academy, and is active in her church, West End Assembly of God. She resides in Goochland, VA with her son Donovan, daughter, Kyla and Promise Keeper® husband, Christopher Williams.
Kimberley Lewis – Consultant, Coach, Facilitator
Kimberley brings a diverse set of experiences and talents to her work. She has refined her approach through thirteen years of serving leaders and teams in Fortune 500 and not-for-profit companies. With over ten years as an IT professional (doing everything from delivering code, leading projects, team & agile coaching, and leading people) and seven years of coaching and training, she’s had extensive opportunities to elevate others while deepening her own learning. She’s sharpened her talents in leadership and team development, change leadership, strategy execution, and coaching.
Kimberley obtained her Leadership Coach Certification from Georgetown University and is an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, she holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is honored to serve on the 2013 Board of the Greater Richmond Chapter of the ICF.
Kimberley is passionate about and humbled by what she believes is her life purpose—to awaken people to their divinely purposed greatness—so they can affect great outcomes in every sphere of influence they play in, personal and professional. As she supports her clients in their transformation to versions of their “best self”, she delights in watching them lead, choose, create, and relate more effectively and in alignment with their purpose.
You’ll find Kimberley re-energizing and stoking her creativity by running in the beautiful of Richmond VA, dancing with her Praise Team, and teaching Zumba. She also stays grounded in her own higher purpose and constant learning through her pursuit of Christ and her leadership of young adults in their journey of faith and purpose.

Sabrina Page has been recognized throughout her career as a strategic partner, motivational coach and business leader leveraging in-depth knowledge to significantly increase revenue and streamline corporate training operations. She is an Expert Learning Professional and Coach with a proven record in moving individuals and organizations from current to desired states. Sabrina has a strong background in process improvement, and gap analysis, coupled with a highly intuitive temperament that encourages strategic planning, abstract thinking and the acceptance of challenges.
Sabrina has been featured in “Zizion,” a Multi-Cultural Publication for Excellence in International Coaching and Mentoring through her work in Nigeria, and in Soweto and Johannesburg, South Africa.
